What if I change my mind and wish to return an item I purchased?
We can only replace or exchange a damaged item, wrong item or missing item. The seals must not be broken and the orignial packaging must be in place.

How do I return an item?
Please e-mail us on info@thecottagegarden.co.za and we will provide you with an address to return your item to. We will cover the cost.

What to do if I receive goods that are damaged?
The Cottage Graden will inspects all products carefully before they get dispatched from our warehouse. However, in case your goods arrive damaged, defective or not as per your order, we will do our utmost to rectify the situation.

Please contact us on info@thecottagegarden.co.za to log a claim for damaged/defective goods together with a photopgraph. We will then arrange to pick up the damaged goods and organize a replacement.

In case of missing items from your order, you must contact The Cottage Garden immediately via e-mail  or +27 81672 9437. We will replace the missing product and cover the delivery charges for the new shipment.
