Pink Oyster Mushrooms

Our team here at The Cottage Garden loves growing fresh, delicious culinary mushrooms for you, and one of our favorite varieties is Pink Oyster – or Pleurotus Djamor as it’s scientifically known.

Grey Oyster Mushrooms

Pleurotus ostreatus, the oyster mushroom, oyster fungus, hiratake, or pearl oyster mushroom is a common edible mushroom. It is one of the more commonly cultivated and loved exotic mushrooms.

Golden Oyster Mushrooms

Pleurotus Citrinopileatus, the golden (yellow) oyster mushroom, is an edible gilled fungus. When cooked, Golden oyster mushrooms develop a fleshy, tender, mild yet pleasantly meaty consistency.
